The Starter Plan, routine builder, potty route log, and dog resume generator are designed to work on your device. Apartment Dog Living does not receive the choices or answers you enter into those browser tools.
Browser-local tools
Tool inputs and generated results are handled in your browser. The Starter Plan stores its version, the choices you explicitly make, and whether you generated a plan. Other tools may also use browser storage so you can continue or review your work. You can clear that data using the controls in the tool or your browser settings.
Starter Plan continuation
The Starter Plan continuation form is unavailable until the email provider, production privacy contact, processor disclosure, secret management, and edge abuse controls are configured. The complete Starter Plan remains available without an email address, and no email or plan choices are collected while this state is shown.
Newsletter, community-question, research-interest, and correction submissions remain closed. Research permission is separate from email permission.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Apartment Dog Living uses Google Analytics 4 on the production website to measure page views and bounded actions such as internal resource movement, tool starts and completions, print, export, local-save toggles, anonymous usefulness answers, country routing, and the permission funnel. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies and process technical information such as the page URL, page title, browser, device, and general location derived from the request. Google Analytics is not connected to the answers or free text you enter into the Starter Plan, routine builder, potty route log, or dog resume generator.
Apartment Dog Living does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, tool answers, health information, lease details, or neighbor information to Google Analytics. Starter Plan problem and situation selections are excluded from analytics. Google Ads, advertising pixels, and personalized advertising events are not configured.
Before any other future collection
Apartment Dog Living must document the processor, purpose, privacy contact, retention period, deletion process, consent operation, and security workflow before enabling profile, community, or research data collection. Research participation will require separate, study-specific information and consent.
Retention and control
Browser-local tool data remains until you clear it through the tool or browser. Analytics retention is controlled in the production analytics property. Starter Plan permission records must follow the configured provider retention schedule and remain removable through signed controls in each message. ADL does not merge permission records with tool contents or future research observations.
